Volunteering in Faith Formation
We can’t do this without you!  We have many opportunities to help with our Faith Formation program here at St. James.

As we have been offering our parents who volunteer to be catechists and catechist assistants (this includes the Middle School Small Group Leaders (SGLs)), we offer a $20 discount per child enrolled in our Faith Formation program.

*Due to some changes within our program, we will no longer be offering the discount upon registration, but will provide a reimbursement at the end of the Faith Formation year (May 2018).

We would greatly appreciate a wonderful group of dedicated parents who would be willing to help substitute in classes when a catechist (SGL) has a need to be out of the classroom due to illness, traveling, family and work.  Those who step up as substitutes will be provided a $20 discount reimbursement at the end of the year.   This is a tremendous help to us, as we have to make sure not only to provide consistent formation for our young people, but also meet diocesan ratio requirements (teacher to child ratio).

Please consider signing up to be a volunteer below (the registration is below the volunteer sign up).
