Alternative/Additional Faith Formation Programs

Step Up in Faith (SUIF)
Grades 3-11
This specialized program is designed to assist students who have not received some of their sacraments:  First Reconciliation/First Communion and for some students who are older than 14, Confirmation.  If student is not baptized, he/she will be required to attend RCIC program.

The Parent/Guardian along with the Sacramental candidate (student) will need to have an individual interview prior to beginning the SUIF program (class & sacramental fee required). Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6:15 p.m. beginning in September.  This program is a two-year process for sacramental preparation (Year 1 student is placed in regular faith formation class and Year 2 student will have a solid Catholic curriculum along with sacramental preparation before receiving sacrament).

Rite of Christian Initiation for Children/Teens (RCIC)
This is for students 7 years of age through 11th grade who have not received the sacrament of Baptism.  The classes will begin in September and are on Thursday nights.  Time to be determined based on class sizes.
