Faith Formation Registration

Faith Formation 2010-2011 registration begins May 1st. Forms can be found in the vestibule of the church or downloaded here. You may turn in your completed form and tuition by mail, offertory basket or directly to the office. Payment plans and scholarships are available for families experiencing financial difficulties at this time. Please, don’t let money be the reason your child(ren) do not attend Faith Formation.
Parishioners who would like to sponsor a child for the Faith Formation year, please contact the parish office at 704-720-0600.
