Please call the church office at 704-720-0600 if you have a family member or friend in the hospital who would like to receive the Sacraments.

The homebound and parishioners in nursing homes should also receive the Sacraments of Anointing of the Sick and Holy Communion. Please contact the parish office to add homebound or nursing home person so we may arrange with our homebound/nursing home ministry, Mary’s Visitors. 

If this is an emergency, contact the rectory at 704-720-0608 during non-office hours (after 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or weekends). 
*Due to the new Privacy Act Laws in place, the church staff and priests are not automatically informed if your family member or loved one is in the hospital, Hospice, a nursing facility, or shut-in at home.  This means we cannot minister to them.  Please call the parish office to help keep us informed when your relative finds themself in these situations.
