Summer Intensive Registration:
This is program is only for students that are Baptized and have already completed one year of Faith Formation classes.
*There will be a limit of 60 students in 1st-5th grade.
*There will be a limit of 40 students in 6th-7th grade.
*There will be a limit of 50 students in 8th-12th grade.

Faith Formation Registration:
This registration is for students in K-12 th grade and Year 1 Confirmation students.
*There will be a limit of 16 students in each classroom. When a class fills, you will be given your second choice that you selected on your registration.

This registration is only for students in 8 th -12 th grade that have already completed Year 1 preparation for Confirmation!

General Faith Formation Information
Welcome to St. James the Greater Catholic Church’s page regarding our parish’s page Faith Formation information. Here at St. James, our objective is to give every opportunity for those who encounter our religious education department to form one’s faith: by being informed , formed and transformed. It will be everyone’s (clergy, religious education staff, catechists, parents and students) to know , proclaim , witness and share to foster a deeper relationship with Christ and fulfill his mission and our baptismal call to “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19).
What do we offer?
Because faith formation is lifelong, our formation process not only begins with one’s baptism through the building up of the domestic church, but in formation classes within the parish setting to help prepare those in their sacraments along with the discipline of lifelong formation through the various grades. Here at St. James we offer Faith Formation in Adult Education, Children’s Faith Formation (PK-5), Middle School, High School Youth Ministry, Young Adult, Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA), Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC), and Step Up in Faith (sacraments for non-traditional students), along with traditional Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation.
