WHAT WE OFFER
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, Level 1
Ages 3-5 (must be potty-trained)
This is a Montessori-based and learning style of religious education.
Class Time Choices
Wednesdays, 4:15-5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays, 6:15-7:30 p.m.
Thursdays, 5:30-6:45 p.m.
Children’s Faith Formation
Grades K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
First Communion Preparation begins in Grade 2 (Year 2), students must have completed Grade 1 (Year 1) to be eligible for Grade 2/First Communion Preparation.

Wednesdays, 4:15-5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays, 6:15-7:30 p.m.
Thursdays, 5:30-6:45 p.m.
Middle School & High School Faith Formation
Grades 6-12
All students must complete 2 years of classes to prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Confirmation Preparation classes can begin in 7th grade (Year 1) and continue through 8th grade (Year 2). If student has not completed (Year 1), he/she is not eligible Year 2.

Wednesdays, 6:10-7:40 p.m.
Thursdays, 5:30-6:45 p.m.
WHAT DO I NEED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION?
1. If you are new to our parish, you will need to make sure you are registered with our parish to register for Faith Formation. If your son/daughter was in Faith Formation at another parish, we need a letter from the parish stating his/her active enrollment.
2. You will need each child's Birth Certificate and Sacramental Certificates (Baptism and/or First Communion). *If the sacrament was received at St. James, we will still need the certificate to complete the registration.
3. You will need your checking account/credit card/debit card to make payment
4. If you are in need of financial assistance for tuition, you will need to contact Kayla D'Allura in the Religious Education Office for an application, 704-720-0600x729
